We've seen customers run into this when there is a delay in receiving the first code, and they request multiple new codes. Knowing which code to enter is challenging when this happens, as only the most recent code is accepted.

Rest assured, Benny has tens of thousands of customers, and you will be able to sign up!

We cannot manually send or verify any security code for security reasons, so to fix this, we recommend that you:

  • If an email code, verify that the correct email was entered and check your spam folder.

  • Wait up to 5 minutes to receive a code by phone or email. Don't request another code until you have waited for the first code to arrive.

  • Enter it after waiting to ensure the new code is the most recent. If this still does not work, try again after another 30 minutes. There could be a temporary outage with our email-sending service, so bear with us. You may have to wait up to an hour.
