We can only credit your account if:
Your receipt has all the required information for either an online or in-store purchase.
You submit that receipt during the same week of your purchase (Monday-Sunday)
The receipt matches a SNAP offer we have in the app. For some stores like Kroger, we do not accept receipts from all their brands, only stores explicitly shown in the app. We are constantly adding new stores, so please check regularly for new brands.
