To link a store account, go to the settings screen by clicking the "Person" icon in the top right of any tab, then "Store accounts" -> "Link new store account".

You can link the following stores to the Benny app to earn cash back on online purchases.

Unfortunately, email, PDF, or screenshot receipts from stores not listed are not eligible for any SNAP cashback or item deal offer.

You should receive cash back from linked store accounts on eligible purchases 2-3 days after your order is delivered or picked up. If it's been 2-3 days since your order was delivered or picked up and you still haven't received cash back, please reach out to support for further help.

If your store account was unliked, you need to log in again in the Benny app.

Your store account can become unlinked if you've updated its username or password, or if the store decides to log you out on its own. Store accounts will log customers out periodically for security reasons, and unfortunately, there's nothing Benny can do but have you log in again.
